Narrative:
Jennifer Baker joined Hunsucker, Goodstein & Nelson, a division of Resolution Law Group’s Indianapolis office in 2007. Her practice focuses on environmental liability issues and litigation in both federal and state arenas. Ms. Baker represents property owners and clients in various industries including foundry operations, machining, scrap yards and dry cleaning. She has substantial experience helping clients navigate the federal and state administrative agency processes and has successfully represented clients in administrative reviews and in the courts.
A graduate of Bucknell University, Ms. Baker earned her J.D. degree, with an Environmental Certificate from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 1999. Ms. Baker was the Articles Editor of the school’s law review, Environmental Law, and was a member of the Cornelius Honors Society. Prior to joining Resolution Law Group, Ms. Baker worked for a multi-state firm representing employers in administrative proceedings and litigation matters in the Pacific Northwest.
